ABSTRACT SUBMISSION 

The standard presentation will be up to 15 minutes, including Q&A. The posters will be presented on poster boards. One main author is allowed to submit up to two presentations. A confirmation message will be sent to the authors by email. After the editorial procedure is completed, some selected papers may be published in special issues of the Turkish Journal of Botany or the Turkish Journal of Biology.

The scientific committee will evaluate oral and poster presentations based on the submitted abstracts, and presenters will be informed before May 15, 2023.

The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific committee via a blind -peer review process and the presenters will be notified accordingly.

A conference proceeding, including all the papers (invited, oral and poster presentations), will be available in the meeting materials at the beginning of the conference.

Abstract submission guidelines:

• Submit your abstract via registration webpage until April 15 2023.
• Follow the guidelines below when you prepare your abstract.
• The abstract title is limited to 300 characters and the abstract text is limited to 3000 characters including spacing and punctuation written MS Word or a compatible format.
• The name(s) of author(s) institute, city, country and email address should be provided in the submission of abstract through the congress website. The name of presenting author should be underlined.
•  Abstracts should have up to five key words.
• A standard font (Times New Roman, 12pt) should be used when formatting the text.
• The authors are responsible for the scientific content and correct grammar.

The authors should indicate their choice of presentation (oral or poster).

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER DISPLAY

Maximum size is 1 meter by 1 meter

Oversized posters may not be accommodated.

Poster Board and push pins/adhesive will be provided at the meeting.
