REGISTRATION FEES 

Registration fee includes admission to all sessions, welcome reception, three lunches, three conference dinners including gala dinner, coffees and refreshments in the breaks, and proceeding of the conference.

Students should provide an official document signed by the dean of the faculty confirming their status.

POST-CONFERENCE TOUR

The post-conference tour includes an excursion to Istanbul to visit Sultanahmet Square, the city's most well-known tourist attraction centre, and take a Bosphorus tour by ferry. The Bosphorus tour can last up t0 9 pm. You can either continue to Istanbul airport by the same bus we come from Tekirdag or get new accommodation in Istanbul in advance if your flight is not that night. The airport is not far away, but it may take up to 2 to 3 hours, considering the city traffic within Istanbul. Dinner is going to be in the boat during the Bosphorus tour.

CANCELLATION

A full refund, excluding the 50 US dollars processing fee, before May 16, 2023.
